A Legacybox Membership gives you access to a secure, private digital home for your family's photos, videos, and audio memories—organized, protected, and easy to access anytime, from anywhere at my.legacybox.com.
How do I set up my Legacybox account?
When we ship your completed order back to you, we will also send an email to ask you to set up your Legacybox account.
How do I share a memory?
You can share individual photos, videos, or audio from your Legacybox account using a private link or by email. Recipients can view the memory without creating a Legacybox account.
How do I add friend or family members to my Legacybox account?

How do I add dates to my memories?
In your Legacybox account, dates are currently captured at the year level. While you can't add a full day and month yet, adding a year helps organize and sort your memories across your library.
How can I organize my memories?
Your Legacybox account gives you a few simple ways to organize your photos and videos so they're easy to find, browse, and share over time. You can organize memories by title, year, and collections.
Where are my files stored?
All files in your Legacybox account are secured on Fortune 100 Servers, across multiple fault zones with 99% durability. We also maintain a second copy of all of your files in a separate location for added peace of mind.
How do I title my memories?
Titling your memories is a great way to keep them organized. After signing in to my.legacybox.com, select a thumbnail to open one of your memories. Select the option that says, Tap to add details or use the Organize button to open the editing panel.

How do I download my files?
You can download photos, videos and audio from your Legacybox account directly to your computer. Photos can be downloaded individually or in batches, while videos and audio are downloaded one at a time to ensure reliable, complete downloads. See this
I’ve downloaded my files—where did they go?
If your download completed successfully, your files were saved to your device’s Downloads folder (or Photos, if you chose that option on mobile). Where to find them depends on the device you’re using. Downloaded files are saved in the Downloads folde

Why can't I download everything in my account all at once?
Your Legacybox account doesn't support exporting your entire library in a single download. This is intentional and designed to protect your files. Many Legacybox memories—especially home videos and audio recordings—are very large.
