Activating Your Account
When we ship your completed order back to you, we will also send an email to ask you to setup your Cloud account.
Tap the Activate button in the email, or if you can't find that email just visit https://cloud.legacybox.com/ and enter the same email address you used to place your order. You'll be show instructions to activate your account.
Creating a Password
When you're asked enter a strong password, it must meet these requirements. This ensures your memories remain private and secure:
• At least 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve already created your account and forgotten your password and would like to reset it, just visit https://cloud.legacybox.com, enter your account's email address, and then tap on the link that reads Forgot your password?.
