How do I sign in to the Legacybox app?Updated 2 hours ago

Sign in to the Legacybox app with the same email address you used to place your order. You can use a code we email you, or your password if you have one.

Sign in

1. Download the Legacybox app from the App Store and open it.

2. Tap Sign In and enter your email address.

3. Enter the code we email you, or enter your password.

If you don’t see the code, check your spam or junk folder. Codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if yours has.

Signing in for the first time

If you’ve never signed in to Legacybox before, you can set up your sign-in right in the app. Enter the email address on your order and follow the steps on screen.

If you already use my.legacybox.com, use the same email address and password. It’s the same account.

What you’ll see after you sign in

• If your memories aren’t ready yet, you’ll see where your order is: Preparing, Shipped, Received and Getting Ready, or Digitization in Progress.

• If your memories are ready, you’ll see your photos, home movies, and audio.

• If your membership is inactive, the app will explain how to reactivate it on our website.

Ordered as a gift, or through Walmart, HSN, or QVC?

Sign in with the email address connected to your Legacybox order. If you received Legacybox as a gift or bought it through a retailer, that may not be the email you expect. See I ordered my Legacybox through a third party, how do I get into my Legacybox account?
