How can I organize my memories?Updated 2 hours ago
Legacybox Cloud gives you a few simple ways to organize your photos and videos so they’re easy to find, browse, and share over time. You can organize memories by title, year, and collections.
1. Add titles to your memories
Titles help describe what’s happening in a photo or video and make memories easier to recognize at a glance.
Open any memory from your homepage
Tap the Edit Name link
Enter a short, descriptive name (for example, Grandma’s 80th Birthday)
Save your changes
You can update titles at any time.
2. Add a year to your memories
Adding a year helps place memories in time and makes it easier to browse across decades.
Open the memory you want to edit
Select Add Year
Enter a four-digit year (for example, 1992)
Save your changes
If you’re not sure of the exact year, you can enter your best estimate and update it later.
3. Organize memories into collections
Collections let you group related memories together—by event, person, place, or theme. A single memory can belong to more than one collection.
Examples:
Family Vacations
Wedding Day
Dad’s Home Movies

Note
Many customers use titles for context, years for chronology, and collections for storytelling—together they create a flexible, personal archive that grows over time.
