What if my tapes aren't full? Or are moldy or damaged?
We charge by item, not by length, so a five-minute tape counts the same as a six-hour one. Moldy or damaged tapes may not be safe to digitize; here's how we handle them.
Can you convert copyright material?
By sending us your items, you're confirming you own them or have permission from the copyright holder. Commercial recordings like movies and albums typically can't be digitized.
Which specialty formats do you support?
We can recover files from old phones, memory cards, and discs so they can be backed up and enjoyed again. Copyrighted material is the one thing we can't transfer.
Do you convert adult or explicit content?
No. For the safety of our team, we don't digitize violent, graphic, or sexually explicit material in any format. Those items are returned untouched with the rest of your order.

We digitize nearly every consumer photo, audio, and video format. If an item wasn't digitized, it's usually blank, damaged, copyrighted, or a format we can't process. Here are the most common reasons.
