When you submit your items to us, you are indicating that you are not acting in violation of any copyright laws by having the work duplicated and/or that you have obtained permission from the copyright holder to have it digitized.

Typically, copyright issues do not arise from digitizing professional photos or videos of your personal events, but they can arise from duplicating box-office films or complete albums by your favorite band. In order to avoid copyright infringement, we recommend that you obtain permission from the copyright owner prior to sending your copyrighted media to us to be digitized.
