Legacybox uses two different order numbers depending on what you're trying to do. Here's where to find each one and when to use it.

Your &#x201C;L&#x201D; number (transaction ID)</h4>After you place your order, you&#x2019;ll receive an order confirmation email.This email includes an order number that begins with the letter &#x201C;L.&#x201D;<ul><li>This is your transaction ID</li><li>It&#x2019;s primarily used for billing and customer support</li></ul>If you&#x2019;re contacting our Customer Support team, you can reference your order using this &#x201C;L&#x201D; number.<hr><h4 id="2-your-production-order-number-barcode-number"> 2. Where do I find my order number?

Once your order arrives at our facility, we email you to confirm it arrived safely. If you haven't received that email, your order may need to be activated, especially if you bought through a third party.
