You can check the status of your Legacybox order while it is being processed in our digitizing facility by visiting:

Enter the order number from your barcode labels
Use the numeric order number (not the number that begins with “L”)
You can also check your inbox, we will email you a link with a button to access your order tracking when we receive your memories
Enter the email address used to place your order
View your order’s current status and progress timeline
The tracking page shows each major step as your order moves through our facility—from receipt to digitization to return shipping.
What order tracking includes
Order tracking shows:
When we receive your Legacybox at our facility
Your order’s progress through digitization
When your originals have been handed off to the courier for return shipping
This gives you visibility into every stage while your memories are in our care.
What order tracking does not include
Order tracking does not show real-time courier scan events (such as individual transit updates while the box is in the mail).
Once your originals are handed back to the courier, we’ll send you a separate email with a courier-specific tracking number so you can follow the shipment all the way home.
