Legacybox uses two different order numbers, depending on what you’re trying to do. Here’s how to find them and when to use each one.
1. Your “L” number (transaction ID)
After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
This email includes an order number that begins with the letter “L.”
This is your transaction ID
It’s primarily used for billing and customer support
If you’re contacting our Customer Support team, you can reference your order using this “L” number.
2. Your production order number (barcode number)
Once your Legacybox ships, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide with barcode labels.
The production order number is the set of numbers before the dash on the barcode labels
You’ll find it:
On the barcode labels in your Welcome Guide
On the last page of the Welcome Guide
On Page 11 of the booklet
You'll use this number to track your order online
We recommend keeping this number for your records after you send your box in.
Which order number should I use?
Use the production order number from your barcode labels when you are:
Tracking your order online
Titling your discs
Activating an order from a third-party retailer
Use either number when contacting Customer Support.
Quick summary
- “L” number = order confirmation & customer support
- Barcode number = tracking, activation, and disc labeling
