Once your Legacybox arrives at our secure facility, we’ll send you an email confirmation letting you know your order was received safely.
If you’ve already received that email, no further action is needed.
Didn’t receive the “order received” email?
In some cases, your order may need to be activated before it can be checked in and processed.
What does it mean to activate an order?
Order activation is a safety step that allows us to verify your information and match your items to the correct Legacybox order.
Activation is only required if:
Your order was purchased through a third-party retailer (such as HSN, QVC, Zulily, or similar), or
Your order was marked as a gift
If neither of these applies to you, your order should already be active in our system.
How to activate your order
Enter your requested information
Provide:
Your order number (the number printed on your safety barcode labels, before the dash)
- Your activation code
Where to find your activation code
The activation code is printed on the back of your “Shipping Label & Barcode Stickers” packet
Already sent your items but forgot to activate?
If you mailed your items before activating your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible so we can help complete the activation.
