<h4 id="what-is-legacybox-backup"><strong>What is Legacybox Backup?</strong></h4><p>Legacybox Backup is an older storage plan that keeps your digitized videos, photos, and audio stored securely online. It&apos;s no longer sold to new customers, but active Backup accounts are still fully supported.</p><p>Backup has now merged into the Legacybox web app, the same platform as <a href="https://help.legacybox.com/en-US/what-is-legacybox-cloud-2526997">Legacybox Membership</a>.</p><hr><h4 id="what-changed"><strong>What changed?</strong></h4><p>Backup accounts used to have their own login page, where you signed in with your order number and email. That page has been replaced. You now sign in at <a href="https://my.legacybox.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">my.legacybox.com</a>, the same place as every Legacybox account, and you no longer need your order number.</p><p>Nothing happened to your archive. A <a href="https://help.legacybox.com/en-US/what-is-legacybox-cloud-2526997">Legacybox Membership</a> adds the rest of the web app: viewing your memories, organizing them into collections, and sharing them with family.</p><hr><h4 id="&#xFE0F;-important-note-about-cancellation"><strong>&#x26A0;&#xFE0F; Important note about cancellation</strong></h4><p>If you cancel your Legacybox Backup account, your files remain accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, you lose access to your memories online. If you want to keep copies, download your archive before canceling.</p>
