Where do I find the Digital Download?

All Legacybox Cloud files are secured on Fortune 100 Servers, across multiple fault zones with 99% durability. We also maintain a second copy of all of your files in a separate location for added peace of mind. 

To see how many files we're storing on your behalf and the last time a verified backup check occurred on your account, log in to your Legacybox Cloud account. While in Legacybox Cloud, you can view, stream, and share your files on most devices. 

With the Digital Download option you can easily download the files straight to your device. 

1. Login to Legacybox Cloud 
2. Navigate to the memory that you'd like to download 
   • For example, click on a home movie thumbnail either from the homepage or "Home Movie" navigation option
3. Beneath the memory's image, click the circle with the download icon (pictured here:)
4. From there, the download will start. You'll see an indicator icon with three dots, showing the download is in progress
   • TIP: The longer and/or larger your file, the longer it will take to download. Photo downloads should be nearly instantaneous (depending on your internet speed). Home movie files may take a few minutes.  
5. Once the download completes, your file will be in your Downloads folder, ready to view!
