Yes. The Legacybox app for iPhone and iPad is free to download from the App Store.
What you can do in the app
Follow your order from the day you buy it until your memories are ready
Browse your photos, home movies, and audio in one place, or filter by type
View photos full screen, including the back of a photo when we scanned it
Play videos and audio, and send them to your TV with AirPlay
Share a memory or save it to your iPhone or iPad
Some things, like managing your membership, organizing collections, and downloading many files at once, are still done on the website at my.legacybox.com. See What can I do in the Legacybox app?
Which devices work with the app?
The app needs iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. That covers:
iPhone 11 or newer
iPhone SE (2nd generation or newer)
iPads that can run iPadOS 26
To check your version, open Settings > General > About on your device. If your device can’t run iOS 26, you can still use everything at my.legacybox.com in your web browser.
How do I get started?
Download the app from the App Store.
Sign in with the email address you used to place your order.
