The Legacybox app is built for following your order and enjoying your memories. Managing your membership and organizing your library are still done on the website at my.legacybox.com. We’re adding more to the app over time.
In the app
Sign in, set up your sign-in for the first time, and change your password
Follow your first order until your memories are ready
Browse your photos, home movies, and audio, or filter by type
View photos full screen, and flip to the back when we scanned it
Play videos and audio, including Picture in Picture
Watch on your TV with AirPlay
Share a memory or save it to your Photos or Files
See your membership status and your orders
On the website
Sign in at my.legacybox.com to:
Change your plan, update billing, or cancel your membership
Reactivate an inactive membership
Download many files at once, or your whole archive
Create, organize, and share collections
Share an entire order
Add titles and dates to your memories
Rotate a photo or swap its front and back
Hide or unhide memories
See detailed shipping and tracking for an order
Where the app needs the website, it opens it for you. For example, Edit Membership in Settings and View Full Tracking on your order both open my.legacybox.com.
