You can change how often you are billed for your Legacybox Membership at any time, right from your account settings. Your membership stays active the whole time; only the billing schedule changes.

Change your plan

1. Sign in to my.legacybox.com

2. Select Account (the person icon)

3. Open the Membership tab

4. Select Change plan

5. Choose how often you would like to be billed

6. Select Confirm

What happens when you change your plan

• Your new rate begins on your next payment date. Switching plans does not trigger an immediate charge

• Your membership stays active, and nothing about your account or memories changes

• The Membership tab always shows your current plan, status, and next payment date

• Annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly

⚠️ Important note about Shop Pay billing

If your membership is billed through Shop Pay (a saved payment method through Shopify), billing updates are handled through Shop Pay.
