How do I cancel my Legacybox Cloud subscription?Updated an hour ago

You can cancel your Legacybox Cloud subscription at any time from your account settings.

Before you cancel, please note that once your subscription ends, you will lose access to your memories on our secure servers. If you’d like to keep copies, we recommend downloading any files you want before canceling.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Sign in to https://cloud.legacybox.com

  2. Select My Account (the person icon)

  3. Open the Subscription tab

  4. Under Subscription Details, select Cancel your subscription

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm

Once completed, you’ll see a confirmation message letting you know when your access will end.



What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period

  • You can continue to view, download, and share your files until that date

  • After your subscription ends, you will lose access to your memories on our secure servers.



⚠️ Important note about Shop Pay subscriptions

If you subscribed using Shop Pay (a saved payment method through Shopify), cancellation and billing updates are handled through Shop Pay.

  • Download their photos and videos for local storage

  • Keep Cloud access as a backup in case physical media is lost or damaged
