How do I use my promotional code or discount code?
Enter your code in the discount box on the final checkout page and click Apply. This article walks through it step by step.
Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the price of an item dropped?
If you contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of your original purchase, we'd be happy to adjust the sale and refund you the difference!
Why did I receive an invoice for extra items?
Your box is prepaid for a set number of items. If you send in more than that, the extra items are invoiced after your order is checked in. Here's how the barcodes work.
My voucher code expired. What do I do?
An expired voucher is still worth the amount you paid for it. Use your redemption code to apply that value to your order. If you run into trouble, our customer service team can help.
How do Legacybox Groupon vouchers work?
There are two types of Legacybox Groupon vouchers: package-specific and general spending. Both apply only to the initial purchase of a Legacybox, not to later charges.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer E-Deals, printable vouchers you can give as gifts. They cover the cost of conversion and digital download; storage add-ons like thumb drives are purchased separately.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Our pricing is extremely competitive, regardless of how much analog media you need to digitally preserve. That being so, we do not offer special discounts for extra large orders.
