Do you repair broken tapes? 

Great question! Our repair service is limited to splicing; we don't offer a comprehensive tape repair service. So we recommend having any major repairs done prior to sending in your tapes.

When we can't digitize your tape, our technicians will affix an appropriate sticker for easy identification. You will also receive an email with this information when your order is completed. 

Do you clean film before you digitize it? 

Great question! At this time, we do not offer a film cleaning service. We recommend cleaning your film before sending it in for the best conversion possible. We do a straight transfer, so the quality and condition of your film will directly inform the quality of the digitized product.

Please note that we are unable to transfer film that has mold or rust on them.

Will you clean my Photos, Slides or Negatives? 

Our digitizing process for these formats does not include any in-depth cleaning or restoration. Before sending these items in, we recommend that you have them cleaned.
