The thumb drive included with your Legacybox order is formatted for use on computers, not televisions. Because TV manufacturers support different file systems and codecs, thumb drive compatibility can vary widely by TV model.

If your TV doesn’t recognize the thumb drive, it does not mean there’s a problem with your files or the drive itself—it simply means your TV doesn’t support that format.
