In the extremely rare event that a package is lost or misdirected during UPS shipping, your order is covered up to $1,000.

30-Day On-Site Digital Backup
If your order has already been processed before any issue occurs, we’ll securely store a digital backup of your files for 30 days. This way, you’ll still have access to your digitized memories, and we can share them with you again if needed.

Upgraded Return Shipping
Once your order is complete, we’ll upgrade your return shipment to UPS Ground—so your originals and digitized items get back to you quickly and safely.
