How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If your custom Legacybox has not been fulfilled yet, our team can help cancel your order and issue a full refund.
If we’ve already created and shipped your custom Legacybox kit, you can cancel and receive a refund, less shipping and a 20% cancellation fee, within 30 days of your order date.
If you’ve already sent us your Legacybox kit filled with analog media, your order cannot be canceled.
If you've purchased an E-deal or General Spending voucher you no longer wish to redeem, please reach out to us within 10 days of purchase to receive a refund.
