How to Add Extra Items?

We provide extra barcodes with every Legacybox, giving you the flexibility to send in extra items.

While Your Packing Up Your Media
- Apply the additional barcodes to the extra items and include them in your Legacybox, and you're set!
  - Note:
    - Each additional item costs $17.99 (+ tax) and we will send you an invoice via email as soon as your order is received.
    - If there are more items than extra barcodes supplied, don't worry! Feel free to include them in your box, and our team will barcode them when we receive your order. You can use sticky notes to continue to number your items.
After You Send in Your Order

- Note: If you have already shipped your order to us, we are only able to make limited changes (like adding a USB thumb drive) to your order. Any additional video tapes, film reels, audio, or photos will require a separate order. This is a safety measure to make sure we know where all of your items are at all times.

At The Time Of Purchase
Purchase as many USB Thumb Drives as you'd like. With the thumb drive, you'll get digital copies of your files that you can easily save to your computer. You can then do whatever you want with those files — edit, share, and/or copy them as many times as you need. You can burn copies to discs, save them to other devices, and even upload them to a cloud service.
While Your Packing Up Your Media
We'll provide you with an upgrade sticker to add another Thumb Drive. Simply follow the instructions in your Welcome Guide and apply it to the outside of your Legacybox.
After You Send in Your Order

At The Time Of Purchase
Purchase as many DVD/CD Sets as you'd like. Each DVD/CD Set will provide one disc copy of each item in your order, so purchasing multiple sets will provide extras.
While Your Packing Up Your Media
We'll provide you with an upgrade sticker to add another DVD/CD Set. Simply follow the instructions in your Welcome Guide and apply it to the outside of your Legacybox.
After You Send in Your Order

In Case You'd Like to Copy Yourself
DVDS: The DVDs we provide are not copy protected, but they are finalized — just like a standard DVD you would pick up at the store. They are in VOB format, so copying them will require a one-to-one disc copier. We usually recommend taking them to a FedEx Office location, and some Costco and Staples locations also offer DVD copying.

Audio CDs: The audio CDs can be copied like any standard audio disc. The JPEG files on the photo CDs can be downloaded to your computer, and then burned to a new disc.
