Inside your Legacybox you'll find a Welcome Guide that includes:

• Instructions on packing your items
• Barcode stickers to tag your items
• A pre-paid UPS return label to ship your items to us

In addition to your Legacybox, you'll receive our state-of-the-art service. We communicate every step of the way. 

Once your order is received in our facility, we will send an email notification immediately to let you know it has been checked in. As your order moves through our plant, we will send you emails every step of the way, keeping you updated at every turn.

What will I get back? 

After the digitization process is complete, we will ship your completed Legacybox. In it you will find:

• Your original tapes, reels, and photos
• Your new DVDs/CDs or thumb drives
