What if all my media won't fit in my Legacybox?
No worries! The shipping label included with your Legacybox is valid for any box you need to use in order to send your items to us. Please feel free to find another sturdy box to pack your order in. Then, just tape it up securely, and apply the label.
Please note: we are not able to receive multiple shipments for a single order. Please ensure all items are sent in a single package.
What are the dimensions of Legacybox?
The dimensions don't determine how many items you can send in, as you pay up front for a pre-numbered amount of items to be converted.
Additionally, you don't necessarily have to use our box! If you have too many items to fit in our box, or it's too big for the few items that you have, you are welcome to use another box. The most important thing is that you use our shipping label, barcode labels, and send everything in one box.
