1. We send you an all-in-one digitizing kit. 

Within 72 hours of placing your order, your Legacybox will be on its way! It will include the following:

• Legacybox to pack up your media 
• Welcome Guide with instructions
• Safety item barcodes to apply to your home movies and photos
• Pre-paid UPS Return Postage Label

2. You prep, pack, and send your media. 

Gather your media, clean it if you'd like, and apply a safety item barcode to each item. Once all your media is securely packed in your Legacybox, use the pre-paid return mailing label to send it back to us. 

3. We digitize everything by hand, right here in the USA. 

Our trained professionals will use our state-of-the-art equipment to unlock all your cherished recorded moments and put them on a modern format. As your order moves through our plant, we will send you emails every step of the way, keeping you updated at every turn.

4. You relive your cherished moments! 

We will ship your completed Legacybox. Inside will be: your original analog media and any optional Thumb Drives or DVDs/CDs you added to your order. We will email you a link to set up your Online Cloud Access, which comes FREE for 90 days with every order. 

With your Online Cloud Access you can: 

• Stream from anywhere
• Share memories with family and friends 
• Download memories and save to your devices
• Easily organize your files 
• Rest easy knowing your memories are securely stored
