How do I manage my Legacybox Cloud subscription?Updated 30 minutes ago
You can manage or cancel your Legacybox Cloud subscription at any time from your account settings.
Visit My Account
Sign in to https://cloud.legacybox.com
Select My Account (the person icon)
Open the Subscription tab
What happens after you cancel
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
You can continue to view, download, and share your files until that date
After your subscription ends, you will lose access to your memories on our secure servers.
⚠️ Important note about Shop Pay subscriptions
If you subscribed using Shop Pay (a saved payment method through Shopify), cancellation and billing updates are handled through Shop Pay.
