We understand that preferences change, and you may want to receive fewer messages from us. You can update or stop notifications at any time using the options below.

Unsubscribe from Text Messages (SMS)

To stop receiving text messages from Legacybox, reply STOP to any recent message you’ve received from us.

Your number will be automatically removed from future SMS communications.

Unsubscribe from Email Messages

All Legacybox emails include an unsubscribe option.

To update your email preferences:

1. Open any recent email from Legacybox

2. Scroll to the footer and click Unsubscribe

3. On the preferences page, you can:

   • Adjust how often you hear from us, or

   • Fully unsubscribe from all emails

To completely opt out, select “Unsubscribe me from all emails” and click Update Preferences.

Re-Subscribe at Any Time

If you’d like to receive updates again in the future, you can re-subscribe by entering your email in a sign-up form on our website.
