- 30 Day On-Site Digital Backup: If your order was processed before any mishaps, we’ll securely keep a digital copy of your files for added protection that we can share with you
- Upgraded Return Shipping: Once we’ve completed digitizing your order, we'll upgrade the return shipment of your media to Ground

Hello Legacybox, I just received my digital file and received my VHS tapes back however I thought I was getting DVD also
