Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the price of an item dropped?

If the price of an item you purchased drops (or qualifies for a promotion) within 14 days of your order, we can adjust the price for you. Please note that we are not able to combine promotions on a single order. This means that if you purchased from us using a discounted promotional voucher (such as one from Groupon), your order does not qualify for additional discounts or promotions.

To receive a price adjustment, contact our customer support team at questions@legacybox.com within 14 days of your order date, and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original form of payment.
