Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the price of an item dropped?

    We ordered Legacy box and then received multiple emails for reduced rates for videos. We  got a discount of I think 50% for 20 tapes and then received multiple discounts for $9/tape.

    This is our 1st time using your service and hope to use it again.
