Do you offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, if your Legacybox arrived damaged, we’ll happily ship you a replacement, free of charge. Simply contact our customer service team and we’ll help you set this up.


If you’d like to exchange your Legacybox for a different size, our customer service team is happy to assist with that as well! Please note: this will require cancelling the existing order and repurchasing a different sized package.
