We completely understand that life happens and you might forget about your Legacybox. No need to worry! You can just pick up where you left off by packing your box with your memories and sending it back to us.
The shipping label you have may be past its expiration date, but no worries. Just send a message to our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know. Be sure to include your order number, and they can check it in our system and send a new shipping label if necessary.
Once we receive your items, they will be entered into our system and you'll be able to follow them throughout the entire conversion process.
