How do I receive a refund for my order?

  • If your custom Legacybox has not been fulfilled yet, our team can help cancel your order and issue a full refund. 
  • If we’ve already created and shipped your custom Legacybox kit, you can cancel and receive a refund, less shipping and a cancellation fee, within 30 days of your order date.
  • If you’ve already sent us your Legacybox kit filled with analog media, your order cannot be canceled.
