How do I redeem my discount code?

Redeeming your discount code is easy!

To redeem your promo code, you'll need to go to legacybox.com/pages/pricing and select the box you want to order, and then the output formats you'd like (DVD Set, Thumb Drive, or Digital Access).

Then, proceed to the checkout and enter your redemption code in the Discount box at the right of the page.

In the checkout process, you'll need to enter your card info again to cover the shipping cost and the output formats for your order. You can choose the shipping options during checkout as well. Finishing that process will confirm your order in our system, and you'll receive an email confirmation including your order number.

If you have any trouble with applying the code to your order, please let us know and send a photo of the voucher or let us know which code you're using, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please note: Discount codes cannot be combined — there's a limit of one per order. Discount codes are only valid toward the initial purchase. They are not valid toward invoices for any add-on items.
