How do I cancel my Cloud service?

We are sad to see you go! We built the Legacybox Cloud™ service because many customers were asking for a solution for secure storage and easy online access to their home movies.

Cancellation is super easy. First log into your account by visiting If your account has not been set up, check your email for the invitation from Legacybox Cloud™ to create a password and log into your account.

Once you log in, just click the circle in the top right corner, and then go to the Billing tab. Scroll all the way down to the bottom, and click the link that says "Cancel My Account". Follow the cancellation steps and then click OK. Once you press OK, you have fully cancelled your subscription service.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel My Subscription". Once you click on that, you will be prompted to click OK and submit the request to cancel the subscription.
