How do I cancel my Cloud service?

We are sad to see you go! Our Legacybox Cloud™ service was built because so many customers were asking us for a solution to more securely store and more easily access their home movies online. We've built in some amazing features and plan to roll out many more over 2017 including native apps for streaming and family accounts for sharing these moments with folks you love. 

Cancellation is super easy. First log into your account by visiting If your account has not been set up, check the email associated with your order for the HomeMovies invitation email to create a password and log into your account.

Once you log in, just hit the top right circle then go to account, and then billing. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and there is a link to click on that says "Cancel My Account". Click that and press OK. Once you press OK you have fully cancelled your subscription service. 

You will have a 30 day trial to view your movies online.

Step 3 - Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel My Subscription". Once you click on that, you will be prompted to click OK and submit the request to cancel the subscription.
