For the initial shipment of your Legacybox, we provide a few options based on the box you choose. Please know that the Standard Delivery option usually results in a transfer to USPS for final delivery, so if you have issues receiving packages from USPS in your area, you may benefit from choosing the Ground or Express option.

Starter box:

Family box:

Closet box:

Trunk box:

For the second leg of shipping — return shipment of your Legacybox to us — we include a UPS Ground shipping label in your Welcome Guide. Just use the label we provide to ship your package from a UPS Ground shipping location (UPS accepts Ground in-store only; do not leave in a UPS dropbox). We also cover the final shipping of your completed order back to you.

Once you’ve placed your order, your initial box and Welcome Guide will ship within 48 hours.
