Where can I track my order?

You can easily check the status of your order while it is in our digitizing facility by visiting legacybox.com/order-tracking. Simply enter your order number from your barcode labels (not the "L" number) and email address! You will be able to see upd

Did you receive my order?

Once your order is received in our facility, we will send an email notification immediately to let you know we've checked it in. As your order moves through our plant, we will send you emails every step of the way, keeping you updated at every turn.

How do I activate my order?

Need to activate an order from HSN, QVC, Zulily or another 3rd part vendor?. Activating your order can be done in a snap! Our activation process is a safety precaution that allows us to verify your information and match it to your unique Legacybox. I
